As the hands-on owner of Peace of Mind Property Management I am responsible for tenant selection, screening, and leasing; rent collection, coordination of maintenance requests, move-in, move-out and periodic unit in-spections, regular site inspections, tenant communication and management of any necessary eviction processing; all accounting responsibilities including: budget creation and analysis, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax summary reports; asset improvement, protection, and strategic planning; as well as coordination of partnerships and alliances for cost optimization. Experience includes management of residential single and multi-family residential dwellings, commercial real estate, and vacation homes.
As the owner and manager of my own multi-family properties, I have learned first hand the intricacies of managing property in Northern Rhode Island. I have benefited from the Real Estate boom and successfully weathered the recent downturn. I have been able to maintain and improve my properties in a responsible and efficient manner so as to increase their value; despite the current market conditions. I have a vested interest in the market and in the values and concerns that property owners hold.
